How much does shipping cost?

Delivery from Byens Profiler is always free in Denmark, regardless of order size. However, special terms apply for international shipping and for deliveries to Greenland and the Faroe Islands, where delivery costs may apply. Contact us for more information about shipping prices to these destinations.

When will the package arrive?

Our products are unique and made to order. Delivery time depends on the size of the product and production time, as indicated below:

  • A3 : Production and shipping within 4 weeks (20 business days)
  • 50x70 cm : Production and shipping within 5 weeks (25 business days)
  • 60x80 cm : Production and shipping within 5 weeks (25 business days)
  • 70x100 cm : Production and shipping within 2 months (40 business days)
  • A0 : Production and shipping within 2 months (40 business days)
  • 100x140 cm : Production and shipping within 2 months (40 business days)
  • Larger special order : Production and shipping within 4 months (80 business days)

After dispatch, delivery time may vary depending on delivery method and destination, but is typically expected to be 1-4 business days within Denmark.

How do I know that my package has been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow the package's journey. When the package is ready for pickup or delivery, you will receive further notification via email and/or SMS.

How is delivery to my address carried out?

When delivering to your address, it is important that you are present to receive the package. If you are not at home when the delivery company attempts to deliver, they will either try again or deliver the package to a nearby parcel shop where you can pick it up. For large packages (larger than 70x100 cm) delivered by a moving company, it may be necessary to agree on a specific delivery time.

What happens if I don't pick up my package at the parcel shop?

If a package is not picked up and returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee of DKK 100 to cover the double shipping costs and handling fees. We therefore recommend that you pick up your package within the specified time limit to avoid additional costs.

Do you deliver to all of Denmark?

Yes, delivery from Byens Profiler is free to all addresses in Denmark. For deliveries to Greenland and the Faroe Islands, there may be higher shipping costs and longer delivery times.

Can I shop at Byens Profiler if I don't live in Denmark?

Yes, we offer international delivery. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please contact us for specific information about delivery to your country.
