At Byens Profiler we offer a 24-hour right of withdrawal from the time of your order. The right of withdrawal applies until the production of your order work begins. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must contact us at info@ByensProfiler.dk within this time period. After the 24 hours, the order is considered confirmed and production is initiated, after which the right of withdrawal lapses in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, section 18, subsection 2, no. 3 , which stipulates exceptions for specially manufactured goods.

As a general rule, we do not offer complaints on our products, as they are custom-made works of art. This is in accordance with Danish legislation, where the right of complaint can be adapted to goods with special conditions.

However, we want to deliver high quality products and are always willing to find a solution if unacceptable errors occur such as:

• Plates falling off
• Discolorations
• The product that falls apart

In such cases, you can contact us at info@ByensProfiler.dk . If we together assess that there is actually a problem, we can ask for the product to be returned for repair.

Note:

• If a panel has fallen off, the entire product must be returned together with the fallen panel.
• This service is offered without time limit upon presentation of a receipt, even after the statutory 2-year warranty period has expired.
